visit of our friend Adil Ghani in "Hohenlohe" together with WEKO/RotaSpray management.
The next 2 RotaDyer for continuous wet on wet pad-spray-steam dyeing (PS2) will leave to Lahore / Pakistan in a few weeks.

Another 1.300 tons per anno of CO2 emissions can be reduced and
gas consumption for hotflue goes to "ZERO" = 0.

October 2021

fruitful brainstorming discussing low-carbon technologies in Echterdingen/Germany, headquarter of WEKO Holding,

has taken place on 5th of October 2021 together with the technical teams of DyStar and RotaSpray-WEKO discussing new minimal application (MA) process options and optimization of existing processes by use of rotating atomizers for spray dyeing and functional finishing as well.

The legislation limits of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions including CO2 has generated a Carbon Pricing Instrument

defined in national and international Emission Trading Schemes (ETS) to adjust carbon prices paid by emitters,

the Textile Processing Companies.

Various international mechanisms are being put in place to finance low-carbon technologies like minimal application by

rotating atomizers and heat treatment processes using renewable energy to help the textile industry to meet the innovation and investment challenges associated with the transition to a low-carbon economy. To promote innovation to reduce carbon emissions innovation funds as well as modernization funds are installed to support the European Green Deal and other international programs.
